Hutchens, or "Hutch" as he was knownm was elected as an honorary inductee for his 25 years of support of Malone basketball.

Hutchen's, born with Down's Syndrome, was honored by the city of Canton in 1981 with a special "Hutch Day." Hutch passed away in 1985 and was represented by his family at the ceremonies.
