Malone University Athletics

Gloria Blanks Dingle, a 1984 Graduate, was a four-year letter-winner and Most Valuable Player on the women's basketball team. Dingle was the all-time leading scorer in Malone's history, scoring 2,459 points after her four seasons at Malone. She was the all-time leading rebounder with 1,257 and held the all-time blocked shots record with 591. 

Gloria was named AIAW Division III Player of the Year in 1982, OAISW All-Tournament in 1980-82, Midwest All-Regional in 1981-82, All-State from 1981-83, All-NAIA District 22 in 1982-83 and was an NAIA All-American in 1982-83. She received her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Malone.
