The Malone University women's golf "Red Team" took part in the John Carroll University Shootout on Saturday at Hudson Count Club in Hudson, Ohio.

Although the Pioneers did not register an official team score, Samantha Tinsley and Michelle Lori each collected Top 10 finishes.

Tinsley, a freshman, registered the best round of her collegiate career, tying for third overall with an 81.

Lori was next for Malone, tying for eighth with a round of 86.

Grace Bartlow followed with a 98 and senior Kailee Perkins wrapped up her four-year Pioneer career with a 111.

Malone will travel to Jefferson Country Club near Columbus on Monday and Tuesday to compete in Ohio Dominican University's NC4K Classic.
