Biography
2019 Fall: Bartlow played four rounds for the Pioneers and averaged a career-best 86.8. She had 23 pars and averaged 36.8 putts per round. Grace shot a career-low 83 and finished 5th overall at the Mount Union Invite (9/8/19). Spring 2020 season was cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak.
2018-19: Bartlow played 252 holes and 14 rounds for the Pioneers as a freshman. She made 64 pars in her first season and averaged 94.1 strokes per round. Grace’s fewest putts for an 18-hole round were 27. Grace shot a career best 84 at Ohio Dominican’s Cumberland Trail Classic (9/22/18).
Biography: Grace is the daughter of Kristen and Greg Bartlow of Carrollton, Ohio. At CHS, Grace played for Coach Todd English. Grace is majoring in Sport Management and Communications. Grace loves to run and was an outstanding track athlete at Carrollton High School as well. Grace's grandfather, Roger, is her most influential person. Her favorite professional golfer is Tiger Woods and Grace's favorite athlete is LeBron James. Grace loves to use her 4 hybrid the most and is looking forward to improving her short game. Grace's "dream course" is Pebble Beach. Her favorite Bible verse is Matthew 19:26.
Prior to Malone: Bartlow was a four-year member of Carrollton's golf and track & field teams and also lettered twice in cross country. She holds numerous Carrollton school records on the golf course, including 18-hole score, low average, pars in a season and career, and most birdies in a season and career. She was a three-time First Team All-Eastern District selection and was twice named to the Northeastern Buckeye Conference First Team. Bartlow also excelled in track & field and cross country. She collected six All-Ohio track & field honors and helped the Warrior cross country team qualify for the state meet. Bartlow was also a member of Carrollton's 4 x 800 relay team that set a new school record and finished runner-up at the state meet. Academically, Bartlow earned the Scholar Athlete Award and was a member of Carrollton's Academic Hall of Fame.
