COLUMBUS, Ohio - On day two of the Champions of Women's Golf Classic, the Malone University women's golf team picked up one position on the team leaderboard and finished tenth overall at 660 (333-327). Tiffin University maintained their lead for the team win in the 36-hole event.

For the second straight round,
Addison Burris had the lowest individual score and finished the tournament in 25th place. She had two birdies on Sunday to record a score of 160 (81-79).
Kaylyn Henson shot an 81 in round two and was second for the Pioneers at 166 (85-81) with two birdies as well.

Maria Warner had a birdie on her second hole played in round two, but finished at 168 (83-85).
Erin Strouse started her day strong with four consecutive pars and took five strokes off her round one score en route to a 169 (87-82).
Claire Hostetler finished at 171 (84-87) and
Abbigail Jones at 181 (90-91) to finish play for the Pioneers.

The next event for the women's golf team will be on September 29-30 for the Battle at Stonehenge (Grace College).
