Round One Results
The Malone University women's golf team logged a score of 347 on Monday and is tied for sixth after the completion of the first round of the Great Midwest Fall Invitational.
The University of Findlay charged out to the first-day lead with a one-over-par score of 289. Trevecca Nazarene University is in second with a score of 317, Tiffin University is third at 321, Ohio Dominican University and Walsh University are tied for fourth with scores of 328 while Malone and Alderson Broaddus University are tied for sixth.
Christina Williams and
Lauren Griggy paced Malone on day one. The duo is tied for 13th with scores of 80.
Kelli Carroll followed with a round of 92,
Madison Justice posted a 95 and
Grace Bartlow carded a 96.
The G-MAC Fall Invitational will continue on Tuesday at Otter Creek Golf Course in Columbus, Indiana.
