Last Time Out
The Pioneers extended their win streak to 10 straight games with a doubleheader sweep of Davis & Elkins last Friday before splitting a twinbill on Saturday. Over the last 19 games, Malone is 16-3. While Malone saw its 10-game win streak come to an end last weekend, Ohio Valley saw its 13-game winning streak snapped in a four-game series split.
Â
Both teams clinched a spot in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Tournament, but both teams can improve their seeding this weekend. Malone can climb as high as number one with a little help from Trevecca Nazarene, while the Fighting Scots have an opportunity to climb to number two.
