Prior to Malone: Led Hiland to an OHSAA Division III State Championship during his senior season in 2016. Went 10-0 with a perfect 0.00 ERA and 98 strikeouts and only 16 walks across 61.2 innings pitched. Named the Inter-Valley Conference Player of the Year, First Team All-District, First Team All-Ohio and Division III Player of Year. As a junior, Mullet finished 7-0 with a 0.00 ERA with 46 Ks and just two walks in 42.1 IP. Ended his career with a remarkable 117.2 consecutive innings streak of not allowing an unearned run.
