Dulin, a freshman from Reynoldsburg, Ohio (Reynoldsburg H.S.), had an outstanding performance at the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championships, earning the GLIAC's Freshman of the Meet Award for Running Events.

Dulin finished second in the 110-meter hurdles and won the 400-meter hurdles, clocking NCAA Division II National Championship provisional qualifying times in both events.  He  crossed the finish line in 14.72 seconds in the 110 hurdles and smashed a 31-year-old school record in the 400 hurdles with a mark of 51.79 seconds.

Dulin's 400 hurdles victory marked the sixth time since Malone joined the GLIAC in 2013 that a Pioneer has been crowned as a GLIAC Champion in outdoor track & field.

His 400 hurdles performance topped Dave Fatheree's 1985 Malone record of 53.14 seconds and currently ranks as the sixth-fastest time this season among NCAA Division II student-athletes.
