INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) has announced Jackson Schwalbach of the Malone University baseball team as the South Division Pitcher of the Week. It is the first career Athlete of the Week award given to the redshirt junior.

The Tallmadge, Ohio native threw seven shutout innings last week that featured a five-inning relief appearance against Walsh. He followed that up by getting the pitching win in two innings against Kentucky Wesleyan College in a walk-off win. He allowed two hits and two walks across the week and struck out two batters.

The next G-MAC series for the Pioneers begins on Friday, April 17 at 1:00 P.M.
