JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – The Malone University men's golf team remained 17th as a team in the Sunnehanna Collegiate with a final score of 904 (296-297-311). Gannon University held onto their lead for the three-round win at 854 (277-279-298).
The Pioneers were led by
Carter Miller for the second consecutive day. He secured a final total of 220 (71-74-75). He ended his day with two birdies in his final four holes of play and tied for 47th.
Ryan Yoder tallied a 225 (74-74-77) with a birdie on hole 11.
Easton Hamrick finished the tournament at 228 (75-74-79) with two birdies on the back nine.
Jaxon Rinkes recorded a 231 (76-75-80) while
Alfie Cracker (77-79-82) and
Caden Boyd (78-77-83) tied at 238.
Up next for Malone is the Kyle Ryman Memorial hosted by Tiffin University on October 6-7. The field for the 2025 NCCAA Men's Golf Championship on October 1.
