FLORENCE, Ind. - Day two of the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Men's Golf Championships saw the Malone University men's golf team fall to seventh overall at 926 (304-295-327).
 
Jaxon Rinkes was the leading scorer for the Pioneers at 222 (68-73-81). He had two birdies on the day, but struggled on the back nine to drop into a tie for 13th-place. The lowest Pioneer score in the third round came from Ryan Yoder. The sophomore tied for 23rd with a final tally of 230 (75-75-80). Yoder had an eagle on the par-5 fourth hole and hit for birdie on his final hole of the 2025-26 season.
 
Next up for Malone was Fletcher Cravens at 238 (79-74-85). The freshman recorded a pair of birdies on the back to highlight his day. Alfie Craker finished the tournament with a score of 244 (82-78-84). Camden Horning ended play at 249 (94-73-82) in a round that featured two birdies.
 
The University of Findlay and Ashland University will compete in match play to determine the automatic bid for the conference on Wednesday, April 22 and the regular season for Malone has come to a close.
