Second Round Adjustments Carry Malone at Findlay

FINDLAY, Ohio - At the Doc Spragg Invitational hosted by the University of Findlay, the Malone University men's golf team is 14th with a team score of 597 (303-294) with one round left to play at Findlay Country Club. The Oilers lead the field with a sensational 10-under 566 (285-281) but right on their heels is the University of Missouri-St. Louis after they put up a 12-under 276 in the second round.
 
Easton Hamrick is the leader for Malone at 147 (75-72) after an even-par second round. Hamrick is tied for ninth in the field on par-4 scoring and he had seven total birdies. Hamrick's back nine in the second round was 3-under 33. He is in a tie for 38th on the player leaderboard.
 
Carter Miller improved in the second round as well and sits at 149 (76-73). Four of Miller's five birdies came in the second round and he is tied for 49th after one day. Ryan Yoder is one stroke back of him at 150 (76-74) and Alfie Cracker at 151 (76-75). Yoder had nothing more than a bogey with five birdies in all and Cracker had four birdies. Jaxon Rinkes struggled in the second round and finished the day at 157 (76-81).
