LEXINGTON, Ky. -- The 2022-23 women's golf season came to an end for the Malone University Pioneers this week at the 2023 Great Midwest Championships. 

Malone's 54-hole team score over the course of two days of competition at the University Club - Big Blue Course was 1019. That put the Pioneers in eighth place overall. 

Individually, all five players competing for Malone finished inside the top-40 of the leaderboard. Malone was led by freshman Erin Strouse's total of 243.
