Redshirt Junior Season (2022-23): Complete 1st full season for MWG…tied for most holes and rounds with 360 and 20…led team with 11 birdies on the year and 2nd in pars with 126…8.1 FW’s per round…34.5 putts per round…collegiate low 81 at Champions of Women’s Golf in Columbus
Sophomore Season (2021-22): Headley completed her second season as a member of the Lady Pioneers golf program.
Freshman Season (2020-21): Missed entire fall due to injury. Played in 144 holes and 8 rounds in spring. Posted 3 birdies and 49 pars, and on the greens had impressive lows for both 18 and 36 holes with only 29 and 59 putts. Season average 88.63.
High School: Headley completed an outstanding senior season in which she led the Dukes to a runner-up team finish at the OHSAA Division II State Championships. Individually, she placed 14th overall after shooting 75 and 79 on back-to-back days. Marlington also won the District Title and the Stark County Championship. During her standout career under head coach Shawn Dillon, Headley was All-County and All-Eastern Buckeye Conference all four years of high school and a two-time All-Northeast District honoree. She owns the school scoring record for both nine and 18 holes as well as most greens in regulation and most fairways hit.
Personal: Erica, who is majoring in Social Work at Malone, is the daughter of Theresa and Ray Headley. Her father is the Director of Golf at the Sable Greek Golf Course in Hartville. Her brother Ryan played golf at Malone under Coach
Ken Hyland from 2012-2015.
