FLORENCE, Ind. - After 36 holes of the Belterra Classic, the Malone University women's golf team is fourth among a field of eight, including five schools from the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC). The teams were in action at the same course that will host the G-MAC Championship event in less than one month.

Wayne State University are the clubhouse leaders with a two-round total of 612 (315-297). Malone struggled in the first round, but settled in the second time through the course and finished at 672 (345-327).

Erin Strouse is tied for 15th after she fired an 81 in both the first and second rounds for a daily total of 162. The senior had two birdies on Monday.
Addison Burris is 17th at 163 (84-79) and tallied three birdies, one on each type of hole.
Maria Warner snuck into the final spot inside the top-20 at 168 (86-82).
Kaylyn Henson was the final scoring member for the team at 179 (94-85) and was much improved as the day went on.

The third and final round of the event will take place on Tuesday, March 31.
