CANTON, Ohio -- The Malone University women's golf team brought their 2021-22 regular season to a close at the CAV Classic this week.
The tournament was hosted by Walsh University at Glenmoor Country Club.
Due to more of Northeast Ohio's inclement weather the event was reduced down to just 36 holes.
The Pioneers fired a team score of 656 (325, 331) to finish in twelfth place overall.
The event was won by Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) rival the University of Findlay.
Individually,
Christina Williams posted her best finish of the spring with a 36-hole score of 150 to finish in a tie for fourth-place overall.
