The Malone University men's tennis team lost a GLIAC match on the road Saturday to Northwood University (MI) by the score of 9-0.

With the loss, the Pioneers fell to 3-14 overall and to 1-9 in the GLIAC while the Timberwolves improved to 12-3 overall and to 8-1 in GLIAC play.

In singles play, Youssef ElSonbaty posted four game wins but lost in his #1 singles match 6-1, 6-3.  Vladyslav Dyenyezhka won three games in his 6-2, 6-1 loss at #5 singles.

Malone will conclude its season tomorrow (Sunday) when the Pioneers travel to Wayne State University (MI).
