The Malone University men's tennis team lost a 7-2 decision to the University of Mt. Union in an away contest on Tuesday. With the loss, the Pioneers fell to 1-11 while the Purple Raiders improved to 8-4.
Nate Davis, playing at #1 singles, earned the lone singles win for the squad, in a grueling three-set match, while the #2 doubles unit of
Alex Steinmetz and
Brett Krejci captured the only doubles victory for the Pioneers.
