The Malone University men's tennis team hosted Lake Superior State (MI) University at the Green Tennis Center in Uniontown, Ohio on Monday but came up short in a 7-2 loss to the Lakers. With the loss, the Pioneers dropped to 0-7 overall for the 2011-2012 year while Lake Superior State improved to 2-3 on the season.
Nate Davis, playing at #2 singles and at #1 doubles with
Joss Celuch, won both his matches. He captured his singles match 6-3, 6-4 and pocketed an 8-6 doubles victory.
