Pioneers Lose At Baldwin-Wallace 8-1

Senior David Cairns (above), along with partner Nathan Davis, earned Malone's lone win on Saturday at B-W with an 8-6 victory at #1 doubles.

The Malone University men's tennis team took on NCAA Div. III Baldwin-Wallace College in an away match on Saturday afternoon but lost an 8-1 decision to the host Yellow Jackets. With the loss, the Pioneers dropped to 0-4 on the season while B-W improved to 7-0 on the year.

Malone's #1 doubles team of David Cairns and Nathan Davis picked up the lone Pioneer victory with an 8-6 win.
