Women's Golf Finishes Second At Malone Mixer

Freshman Maggie Reiman fired a round of 79 to finish as the individual runner-up overall and paced Malone to a second-place finish among four teams at the Malone Mixer Saturday.


Results

The Malone University women's golf team earned a runner-up finish among four teams at its own Malone Mixer tournament at the Legends Golf Course in Massillon Saturday. The Pioneers tallied a score of 366 as The University of Mt. Union took the team title with a 345. Lourdes University finished third at 392 and Ursuline College came in fourth at 418.

The Malone women were paced by Maggie Reiman who carded a round of 79 to finish as the individual runner-up on the day. Abby Froman fired a 90 to place fourth overall, Natalie Reddaway posted a 98, Heather Evanich shot a 99, Alicia Kindig tallied a 109, Katlynn Stoll turned in a 122 and Kelsey Becker posted a 130.

Malone will conclude its fall campaign by next competing at the NCCAA National Championships at the Hombre Golf Course in Panama City, Florida October 24-25.
