FLORENCE, Ind. - On day one of the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Women's Golf Championship event, the Malone University women's golf team is 10th out of 11 programs in attendance.
 
Through 36 of 54 holes, Malone has a team score of 678 (340-338). The University of Findlay Oilers lead the field by 26 shots at 583 (291-292).
 
Maria Warner is the leader in the clubhouse for the Pioneers at 161 (81-80). She had one birdie on her scorecard and is 20th individually. Claire Hostetler is tied for 35th at 170 (84-86).
 
In an up-and-down day, Kaylyn Henson recorded four birdies en route to a 172 (87-85). Addison Burris finished the day at 175 (88-87). Erin Strouse completed her rounds at 177 (90-87).
 
The third round of the conference championship takes place on Friday, April 17 beginning at 7:30 A.M.
