Szpor, a 6'2 quarterback, led the Pioneers to a hard-fought 31-23 road victory over Notre Dame College on Saturday night. In his first game back in the starting lineup after seeing limited playing time the last few weeks due to injury, Szpor completed 23 of 35 passes for a season-high 279 yards and three touchdowns.

On the season, the freshman from Reedley, California has now completed just under 60% of his passes for 1274 yards and 10 TD's.
