Steinmetz, a senior from Willard, Ohio (Willard H.S.), posted a pair of victories in Malone’s 9-0 home win over Thiel College (PA) last Friday in the Pioneers’ only match last week. 

He collected a convincing 6-1, 6-1 win at #4 singles and also teamed with Steffan Dwarkasingh for an 8-2 victory at #3 doubles.  The team victory lifted Malone’s record to an even 7-7 mark on the season.
