2014: Blasiole played in 11 games for the Pioneers as a freshman… Finished third on the team with 277 yards rushing (6.9 average)… Longest run was 63 yards against Northern Michigan University (10/11/14)… Caught two passes for a total of 26 yards… His longest catch was 18 yards against the University of Findlay (11/8/14)… Finished second on the team with 14 kick returns for 325 yards… Had his best kick return game against Urbana University (11/1/14) where he had five returns for 128 yards, with his longest return being 52 yards.
Prior To Malone: Blasiole lettered four years in football and three years in baseball at Lake High School, experiencing tremendous success on the gridiron. While competing for the Blue Streaks, Blasiole was named the Federal League Player of the Year, also making the All-Federal League First Team, All-Stark County First Team, All-Northeast Inland District First Team, and All-State Second Team. Blasiole finished his career as Lake High School's all-time leading rusher with 3,456 career yards and 43 total touchdowns. He was also selected to participate in the All-Ohio All-Star game.
