COLUMBUS, Ohio - The NCAA Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) has released the honorees for All-Region in the Midwest. Malone University women's basketball student-athlete
Erin Kaufman has been listed as a Second Team All-Region recipient.

The senior center from Glandorf, Ohio is now a two-time D2CCA All-Region player after a First Team nod following the 2024-25 season. Kaufman helped to lead the Pioneers to their best regular season finish in the program's NCAA DII era at 23-5 and have qualified for the NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Championship for the third time.

In the regular season, Kaufman averaged 16.8 points, 9.2 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game. She started in all 28 games and was in for 28.1 minutes per contest. Her shooting percentages were 47.8% from the field, 37.5% from beyond the three-point line and 83.7% from the free throw line. On the defensive side of the ball, Kaufman collected 1.8 steals and 0.8 blocks per game.

Malone will face #23 Northwood University in the First Round of the NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Championship on Friday, March 13 at 12:00 P.M. The Midwest Regional rounds of the NCAA Tournament will be played at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan.
