COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Malone University men's golf B-team was in action on Thursday at the Turnberry Individual Stroke Play event, hosted by Ohio Dominican University.
 
The Pioneers were led by senior Camden Horning, who impressed on the back nine at 1-under. He finished his round with four birdies and a total score of 76 to enter into a tie for fourth place.
 
Junior Cayden Rininger birdied the final hole at Turnberry Golf Course to record an 80. Sophomore Dylan Maninga had an eagle on the par-5 fifth hole en route to an 81. Sophomore Tyler DeRoy notched an 82 with two birdies. Freshman Tom Forsythe shot an 83.
 
The next event for Malone is the Phipps Memorial on September 22.
