INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Monday, the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) announced their Athletes of the Week for the week of September 11.
For Malone,
Gracie Ashton was named the Women's Soccer Offensive Athlete of the Week.
On Wednesday Ashton scored a pair of goals in Malone's 4-0 road win over Wheeling University. She also assisted on another goal.
She is currently the team's point leader with seven (two goals and three assists).
Wednesday's 4-0 win over the Cardinals moved the Pioneers to 3-0 on the year, the program's best start since 2019.
