Terre Haute, Indiana -- Five athletes from the Malone University men's and women's track & field team competed at the Gibson Invitational in Terre Haute, Indiana on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Women's Highlights
Jill Hawks threw a personal best distance of 34.60 meters in the discus throw. She also recorded a career best score of 3152 in the heptathlon as well.

Natalie Crum competed in the shot put and recorded a distance of 10.26 meters. She also threw 40.40 meters in the hammer throw, surpassing her personal best.

Men's Highlights
In the decathlon, Donovan O'Neil received a career best score of 5486. 

What's Next?
The Pioneers will travel to two different meets next weekend. A portion of the team will travel to The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio for the Jesse Owens Classic on Friday, April 21, and Saturday, April 22. The rest of the team will go to Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio for the Otterbein Twilight on Friday, April 21.
