Hillsdale, Michigan -- The Malone University men's and women's track & field team competed at the Hillsdale Wide Track Classic in Hillsdale, Michigan on Saturday.  

Women's Highlights
In the weight throw, Natalie Crum placed 12th with a distance of 5:15.37.

Madeline Maline finished the 400-meter dash with a personal-best time of 1:08.15. Amber Morris also received a season-best time of 1:08.87 in the 400-meter dash.

Macey Hicks clocked a career-best time of 8.47 seconds in the 60-meter dash.

Men's Highlights
In the 400-meter dash, Phill Stupka was the second runner to cross the finish line, finishing with a time of 53.75 seconds. Alexander Swinehart followed behind with a season-best time of 54.71 seconds that got him a fifth place finish. 

Collin McClure finished the long jump in sixth place with a distance of 6.34 meters.

Receiving a throw of 14.78 meters, Chris Beemiller placed second in the shot put.

What's Next?
On Friday, February 3 and Saturday, February 4, Malone will compete in the Jud Logan Light Giver Open hosted by Ashland University.
