CANTON -- The Malone University men's golf program and head coach
Ken Hyland is excited to welcome Connor Ritter to this year's signing class.
Ritter was a four-year letterwinner, and three-time team captain at Sandy Valley High School.
Ritter's highly decorated career for the Cardinals included three individual sectional and district championships. He was the 2021 OHSAA Division II state champion, and also earned all-state honors that same season.
The 2021 Stark County Player of the Year holds the 9-hole state record (27) and the 18-hole Sandy Valley record (65).
Ritter's career also included three IVC Player of the Year awards and two Eastern District Player of the Year honors.
Ritter plans to major in Sports Management when he arrives at Malone this fall.
