Ashland, Ohio -- Thursday afternoon, Malone looked to get revenge on the road in Ashland against the Eagles who beat them in their first meeting.
Ashland jumped out to an early lead, and despite Malone's best efforts of a comeback, the Eagles held on to a 6-3 win.

THE MATCH
Ashland came out hot, scoring twice to open the match. The Pioneers answered back with a goal from the freshman
Christian Piccolotto, assisted by
Randy Harris. But before the half closed, Ashland landed two more to end the half with a 4-1 lead.
Anthony Birus opened up the half by finding the back of Ashland's net, his fourth of the season.
Ashland then scored twice, one by penalty. But
Colton Fry then answers back with a goal of his own. Who else but
Anthony Birus with the assist.
Yellow cards plagued the Pioneers with the final score being 6-3 in favor of Ashland.
