CANTON -- Saturday afternoon, the Pioneer men looked to honor their seniors on Homecoming day with a win against conference opponent Trevecca Nazarene University.
With a late goal, the Pioneer men did indeed honor their seniors to shut out Trevecca in a 1-0 win at King Field.

THE MATCH
It was a defensive battle for most of the game, with neither team finding the back of the net despite a combined 15 shots in the first half.
Gavyn Ernst came out of the half with four saves.
The second half started out exactly how the first half concluded. That is, until in the 83rd minute, freshman
Christian Piccolotto was able to find the back of the net with the assist by
Mason Gradel.
The Pioneer defense was able to close out the game for a Homecoming win to move to 4-11 on the year.
