Biography

Sophomore Season (2021): Metz started 16 matches for the Pioneers. He scored his first collegiate goal on September 25 against Kentucky Wesleyan College. He also found the back of the net late in the season in the 4-3 win over Walsh. Overall, Metz totaled 1,201 minutes played as a sophomore. 

Freshman Season (Spring 2021): The COVID-19 pandemic forced the Pioneers to play an abbreviated championship season during the 2021 spring semester. Metz appeared in seven matches, and made five starts for Malone. He accumulated 410 total minutes on the pitch.

High School: Metz was a four-time varsity letter winner while attending Madison Comprehensive High School in Mansfield, Ohio. He also earned two letters in basketball. Metz was first-team All-District as well as All-Conference. Metz won a Defensive Player Of The Year award and a three-time Scholar-Athlete.

Personal: Majoring in Business with a minor in Environmental Science.
