Samantha Tinsley Wins Medalist, Pioneers Finish Second at John Carroll Fall Shootout

HUDSON, Ohio -- The Malone University women's golf red team competed at the John Carroll Fall Shootout at The Country Club of Hudson over the weekend.

As a team, the Pioneers finished in second place with a 36-hole team score of 724.  Baldwin-Wallace came from behind on the second day of competition to take home the team win with a score of 721. 

For Malone, senior Samantha Tinsley brought home the tournament medalist with back-to-back scores of 80 on Saturday and Sunday. 

Kelsey Stadler finished fourth overall with consecutive rounds of 89.
