Tournament Results
ALLIANCE, Ohio -- On Sunday afternoon the Malone University women's golf program opened up their 2021-22 season when the red team competed in the Mount Union Invitational at Tannenhauf Golf Club.
The Pioneers, with a team score of 358, finished tied for third place in a field of eleven teams. The tournament was won by Westminster College with a 347 team score.
MALONE RESULTS
Samantha Tinsley led all Pioneer players with a personal tied for third finish, and score of 84. Meanwhile
Kelsey Stadler scored a top-10 finish, after shooting an 87.
Kassidy Glover made her collegiate debut by shooting a 91 to finish tied for 17th, and
Maddie Fisher fired a 96.
Mackenze Baker, who was also making her collegiate debut, closed out the team scores for Malone with a 111.
WHAT'S NEXT?
The blue team kicks off their season Monday and Tuesday at the Indianapolis Invitational. The red team will be back in action on September 25 and 26 at the JCU Invitational.
