CANTON, Ohio – Today, the Malone University men's soccer program unveiled their 2021 fall schedule. After competing in a spring championship season in 2020-21 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Pioneers are gearing up for a full slate of 17 regular season matches this fall.

Things kickoff on Saturday, August 28 with a trip to Hiram College for a preseason match. Malone's final preseason tune-up, and first contest on the newly constructed competition field at the Pioneer Park on-campus complex, will be Thursday, September 2 against Roberts Wesleyan College.
The Pioneers begin the 2021 regular season at home on Saturday, September 4 against Daemen College.
Malone heads out on the road to Saginaw Valley State University on September 7 and the University of Wisconsin-Parkside on September 11 for non-conference matches before shifting the remainder of their focus to the Great Midwest Athletic Conference slate of matches.
G-MAC play gets underway on Thursday, September 16 when crosstown rival Walsh University comes to Pioneer Park.
Malone then plays four consecutive G-MAC matches on the road at Ohio Dominican University (Sept. 18), Trevecca Nazarene University (Sept. 23), Kentucky Wesleyan College (Sept. 25), and Lake Erie College (Sept. 30).
The Pioneers return home on Homecoming Weekend for a primetime match against new G-MAC member Ashland University on Saturday, October 2.
The remainder of Malone's home conference slate includes: Tiffin University (Oct. 7), Trevecca Nazarene University (Oct. 14), Ohio Dominican University (Oct. 28), Kentucky Wesleyan College (Oct. 30), and the University of Findlay (Nov. 2).
The Pioneers also have road G-MAC matches against Cedarville University (Oct. 9). Findlay (Oct. 16), and Walsh (Oct. 23).
The 2021 Great Midwest Men's Soccer Championships will begin with the quarterfinal round on Saturday, November 6. The semifinals will take place on November 11, and the conference championship will be contested on November 13.
