Malone University men's and women's outdoor track & field team members competed at both the Raleigh Relays, hosted by North Carolina State University, and at the Yellow Jacket Collegiate Open, hosted by Cedarville University, on Saturday.

On the second and final day of the Raleigh Relays, the highlight of the day for Malone was the breaking of a 28-year-old school record by the women's 4x200-meter relay team of Karli Oprian, Hannah Boss, Crystal Barber and Emily Fisher who posted a new school record in the event with a time of 1:44.86 (19th among 27 teams).
