Completing in its final match of an initial three-game 2012 GLIAC swing in Michigan this past weekend and today (Monday), the Malone University women's tennis team lost a 9-0 decision at Michigan Tech University. With the loss, Malone dropped to 1-3 overall and to 0-3 in GLIAC play while MTU remained undefeated and improved to 6-0 overall and to 3-0 in the GLIAC.
A pair of Malone doubles teams (#1 and #3) lost by 8-3 scores in hard-fought matches while
Kim Knisley, playing at #2 singles, earned the most game wins in her match with four (6-3, 6-1).
