Women's Tennis Drops Close 5-4 Decision At Wooster

Junior Kim Knisley earned a victory at #1 singles and teamed with Alanna Phillips for a #1 doubles win in Malone's 5-4 loss at The College of Wooster on Tuesday.


The Malone University women tennis team lost to The College Of Wooster 5-4 in an away match Tuesday. With the loss, Malone drops to 1-4 for the 2011-2012 season while Wooster improves to 2-4 on the year.

Kim Knisley and Alanna Phillips won at #1 and #2 singles, respectively, while Julianna Blaisdell captured her #6 singles match.  In addition, Phillips and Knisley teamed for a #1 doubles victory.
