Porbeni tossed in 14 points and grabbed nine rebounds on Thursday in the Pioneers' only game of the week, a 71-68 road victory over Daemen (NY) College. Porbeni made five of his nine field-goal attempts and four of his six free throws in the American Mideast Conference match-up, helping Malone snap a three-game losing streak and remain in second place in the conference standings.
