Barber, a senior from Rittman, Ohio (Rittman H.S.), set two new indoor school records at the Kent State University Tune-Up Meet on Saturday.
Barber posted a new record of 7.73 seconds in the prelims of the 60-meter dash, edging Karli Oprian's 2013 mark of 7.74. She then surpassed her own school record in the 200-meter finals, blazing to the finish in 25.28 seconds.
In addition, Barber's 60-meter performance was an NCAA Division II National Championship Provisional Qualifying Time.
