Prior to Malone: Gehring,was a four-time letter winner in volleyball and a one-time letter winner in basketball and track. She was an All-State Third Team selection, MVP of the League and a First Team All-District honoree. She currently holds the record for most kills at Cuyahoga. In addition, she helped the Redskins become a 2013 Regional Finalist. In the classroom, she was an Honor Roll student.
