• 2018 Great Midwest Honorable Mention All-Conference

Junior Season (Spring 2021): The COVID-19 pandemic forced the Pioneers to play an abbreviated championship season during the 2021 spring semester... Alvarez started all nine matches for the Pioneers, and led the team with 804 minutes played... He scored a team-high three goals, including the game-winner in Malone's 2-0 victory over Trevecca Nazarene on April 8... Alvarez finished the season tied for the team-lead with 11 shots. Five of those shots were on goal. 

Sophomore Season (2019): In his sophomore season, Alvarez started in all 17 games for the Pioneers and was third on the squad in minutes played with 1,621... He scored two goals on the season, including the game-winning goal in the season-opener at Daemen (9/5/19) and the lone Pioneer goal in a 1-1 draw at Cedarville (10/24/19)... Alvarez recorded an assist against Ohio Dominican (10/26/19) on a goal by McFeaters to tie the game in the 87th minute... He finished second on the team in shots (29) and shots on goal (12). 

Freshman Season (2018): Named Great Midwest Honorable Mention All-Conference... Alvarez made 12 starts for the Pioneers and appeared in 14 games and played a total of 1008 minutes… Totaled five points on two goals and an assist… Scored goals against Lake Erie (9/13/18) and Kentucky Wesleyan (10/4/18) and assisted on a goal against Findlay (9/27/18).
