CANTON, Ohio - The Malone University women's golf team has announced Mike Capeta has joined the staff as an Assistant Coach.
 
Capeta has recently retired after a very distinguished 30+ year professional career and brings a deep understanding of the game along with a passion for mentoring student-athletes. His leadership, professionalism, and love for golf make him a valuable addition to the Pioneers coaching staff. A graduate of GlenOak High School, Capeta earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Walsh University in 1992 and a Master's of Accountancy degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1996.
 
The Pioneers kick off their season on September 6 at the University of Mount Union Fall Invitational at Tannenhauf Golf Club.
