CANTON, Ohio - The Malone University Athletics Department has announced a new fundraising campaign called Maxamoose's Mega Golf Ball Drop. Individual donations and golf ball purchases can be made using the GIVING LINK.
 
What is a ball drop?
Golf balls are individually numbered and dropped from a firetruck ladder onto a golf green. Prizes are awarded for closest to the hole and farthest from the hole. All proceeds will support Malone athletic programs. You select which program you want to support when purchasing the golf balls.
 
When is this happening?
Friday, September 18 at 2:30 pm on Malone's campus
 
What is the cost?
$25 = 1 golf ball
$50 = 2 golf balls
$100 = 5 golf balls
$200 = 11 golf balls
$250 = 15 golf balls
 
What are the prizes?

1st place - 2 tickets to OSU vs Northwestern football game (November 14, 2026)
2nd place - 4 all-access tickets to the 2027 Alive Music Festival
3rd place - 2 tickets to Cleveland Browns home game (game TBD)
4th place - 13' x 6' GolfGreen on the Go
5th place - $300 gift card to Topgolf
6th place - The Ultimate Fan Package (1 year FloSports subscription, 2 season passes and Malone branded apparel)
7th place - $1,000 donation to Malone team of choice and 2 season passes
