INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - In addition to being named NCCAA Athlete of the Week, Malone University baseball's Reilly Tyna was also chosen as the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Baseball Position Player of the Week.
 
The redshirt senior utility player from Medina, Ohio batted .563 (9-for-16) across a four-game series with Hillsdale College that was split 2-2. His nine hits are a team-high and he also tied for the team lead with four runs scored. Tyna drove in six runs and had a double and homerun. On the basepaths, he was 3-for-4 on steal attempts.
 
The Pioneers are back in action on Wednesday, March 25 at 12:00 P.M. against Lake Erie College.
