INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - For the second straight week and third time this year, the Malone University women's lacrosse team had a representative selected as the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Offensive Athlete of the Week. This time it was freshman midfielder Ashtyn Praeter.
 
The native of Bellbrook, Ohio has won her first career Athlete of the Week award after a 3-0 week. Praeter led the team in scoring with 13 goals and two assists. She led the Pioneers in goals scored in a 16-9 win over St. Thomas University, a 12-6 triumph over Warner University and a 17-8 victory at New College of Florida.
 
The team's next contest will be at the University of Findlay on March 19. The conference opener for Malone will begin at 4:00 P.M.
