INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Redshirt senior attack Cam English of the Malone University women's lacrosse team has been selected as the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Women's Lacrosse Offensive Athlete of the Week.
 
The Louisville, Ohio native led the Pioneers to a 17-5 victory on the road at Saginaw Valley State University of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC).
 
English netted six goals, which is a new career-high and the second-most goals scored in a single game in program history. She added two assists for eight total points, also tied for the second-most since 2024. English drove home the game-winning goal for the team and nine of her ten shots were on-goal.  Additionally, the senior brought in five ground balls and caused one turnover in the win.
 
Malone hits the road once again for their second game of the season at Hanover College on Saturday, February 21. The opening draw control will be held at 12:00 P.M.
